Worthy Grand Knights,
As the new fraternal year begins, we need to update our chapter delegates. Please use the form on the "Forms" page to do this. There is a PDF version and a MS Word version. You can fill out the MS Word version and attach it to an email to secretary@tucsonknights.com. Either form can also be printed, filled in and returned to us at a chapter meeting or scan it and email it as above.
Each council may have up to three delegates and three alternates. The Grand Knight is automatically the first delegate. Your council should select the other two delegates and alternates.
Assemblies do not have delegates as their participation and representation is through the councils.
You will notice this year that there is a back side to the form where we ask you to provided us the names of your coordinator to the Benedictine Monastery and Immaculate Heart of Mary round tables. Please include this information. The Grand Knight will be the default coordinator.
If you are not the Grand Knight of your council this year, please make this information available to the incoming Grand Knight.
